Peer Review Process

"Unmuha Law Journal employs a double-blind peer review policy, where the identities of both the authors and articles remain undisclosed until they are accepted for further assessment and potential publication. Each submitted article will undergo evaluation based on the following criteria:

  • Originality of the research findings
  • Alignment between research methodologies and the chosen topics
  • Quality of the analysis presented
  • Effective communication with the readership
  • Consideration of reviewer recommendations
  • The standard timeframe for manuscript review and evaluation ranges from four to six months from the date of receipt.
  • Articles submitted to Unmuha Law Journal: may be in Indonesian, and English. However, the abstracts must be provided in both Indonesian and English.

The Editor of Unmuha Law Journal retains the full authority to determine whether an article is accepted or declined for publication."
